SIMPLE BIKE COMPANY

Simple was started and formed in the summer of 2005. Well, if I think closer it was formed in my head long before that. I had a lot of ideas for products on bits of paper sitting around, and even more on my mind, and I just felt it was time to do something about it.

So off went the thinking if this would be possible to do at all. I spoke to a few people about it, and everyone was really supportive and told me that I had to do it. A good bit of the team as it is now told me that they would change from whomever they rode for at the time and come ride for me instead. My idea for bike designs goes along the lines of the scandinavian minimalistic idea, and one of the first words that came to mind was "Simple".

I guess this still goes when it comes to making parts and frames. Keep it down to a minimum. Less is more. Simple is rider run all the way, with a huge impact from the team in terms of comments on products and all other things. Based on having fun and enjoying bikeriding. Run out of Copenhagen, Denmark from a laptop and a cup of coffee.
